Next, I warm the studio to keep newborns comfortable while they’re wrapped or gently posed. I also check the lighting so every portrait has the soft, timeless look you see throughout my portfolio.

Once your family arrives, everything slows down.

We spend a few minutes getting comfortable, feeding your baby if needed, and settling into the space. There isn’t a countdown or a strict schedule to follow. Instead, I let your baby set the pace.

Some newborns fall asleep almost immediately.

Others need extra cuddles, another feeding, or a little more time before they’re ready.

That’s perfectly normal.

Throughout the session, I gently move from baby portraits to family photographs while making small adjustments along the way. Sometimes I reposition a tiny hand. Other times I smooth a blanket or straighten a wrap.

Most of those little changes happen so naturally that families hardly notice them.
